The lady on this photo is a sweetheart, now the man next to her.. Well, someone ought to teach him some manners. Twice my friend has asked him for an oil change on his car and twice the man on the photo has denied service.
This review is long overdue I first came to this mechanic at the recommendation of my dad Tim in 2018-19. Being a first time car owner, mechanics were often a very scary thought for me, but my experiences with Andy and Rainette have been nothing but perfect. They took care of my first car beautifully and I will continue to bring all future vehicles here.
I used to bring my car to Midway, but I found out that prices vs service have gone downhill. After reading about Bell Automotive. I decided to try them. They completed the service, much surprised at the small bill. They were courteous, and service excellent. I will be bringing my cars here from now on.
They're ONE OF THE BEST! My husband and I just starting out are having a heck of a time with our vehicle. Been to other auto shops and have had horrible service and put our car in worse shape, until I brought my car in to bell road automotive. The things that need to be fixed get done properly and in a timely manner. They COMMUNICATE with you each step of the way! They support halo pets, and sell avon on the side. It's a one stop shop! If you value your time and vehicle you should bring it to them!
I recently took my BMW in that was having engine issues and they fixed it up lickety split. The service was amazing and never felt like they were giving me the shakedown. Andy and Reinette are amazing and have been added to my Christmas card list. Look no further for a mechanic
