So happy we made the switch!!!! What a difference in customer service, overall knowledge and friendliness of this amazing company. Of course price is always something to consider and look at but customer service is our big deal. We found the best customer service in an entire agency since we have been in business (13 years, numerous agencies) and it just happened that we saved some dollars in the process. So thankful for Craig, Libby and the entire staff at Breinholt Insurance! Thank you so much!

I obtained a quote through these guys and not only did it take over a week and a half to get a quote back, they recommended that I didn’t shop around with any other insurance companies because it would prevent us from obtaining a valid quote- something to do with the vendors they work with won’t give quotes if they have multiple insurance companies working to obtain information. This put a huge damper on the business we were able to do during this time and put a delay on the overall insurance we are able to obtain as a small business. It was a waste of our time and I felt like they were extremely dishonest and ultimately didn’t want us to shop around for a cheaper insurance company.
