I've been living here for about 2 weeks now and I can say the management has been nothing but amazing these apartments are well renovated and the neighbors are quiet and really nice. We've had both our air conditioning and toilet break and management always handles it within a few hours. It has been a pleasant stay at Canyon35.
At first, I loved it here. Now, it's hard to live around ppl who have no respect for one's privacy. When the manager suggested I could break the lease, my heart broke. I am tired of running from place to place because of pest control issues and bad neighbors. It's management's job to cure issues, not the tenant. Too noisy. Apartments are too close for comfort. I sealed holes and the manager is still better than the rest, but he should not defer, he should fix problems. Loud music, drug dealers. But the manager does all he can.
About twice a week the water is shut off for some kind of pipe leak so you can’t depend on having water to shower and do dishes. Also there is a really big bug problem. Have to kill about 50 bugs a day.
My boyfriend and I recently moved to Canyon 35 Apartments and so far we love it here. 🥰 Our apartment was renovated right before we moved in and everything was nicely upgraded. 💯 The stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and even the sink still had tags on them; the granite counters look amazing. This place is what I'd call an Apartment Home, they've done such a nice job you feel at home from the day you move in. 😀
This place was a pleasant stay. I lived there for 2 years in apartment 104 before relocation sadly. Martha at the office was amazing and was way better than the old manager who happened to be a complete jerk. The new renovations are running by smoothly. The area around a quiet and peaceful and would highly recommend this location for stay.
