First off found 3 or 4 vehicles I liked and was interested in, ex sister-in-law bought her car from these guys said it was easy in and out. How ever this was not the case for me, called because website would not let me apply online the lady took down my info and assured me she would get on it and see what they could do, a week later still nothing. I called in and spoke to a very nice lady who immediately got to work for me on the truck I most desired and came back with a 2k down I called back with a few other options trying to work my down payment down and every car I asked about on the website was not available and with no assistance from the person I spoke with I now have a hard hit on my credit and no prospects on any vehicles, needless to say I wish I could give them my business and that of others in my circle but I can not honestly say they would be happy.
They don’t even deserve one star for me!!!! Thank you and the vehicle was actually for my daughter. We have been looking for quite sometime for a Chevy Malibu. I saw a couple on their website advertised so I called to see about a white one they had for 12300. My daughter had 10,000 to put down as she has been saving her money for the past few months. No one answered so after several attempts we decided after several calls to head into the car lot. When we got there I was greeted by a young man named Miguel who was absolutely amazing and was trying to do everything he could to help us get a car. I went in there very specific about what we saw and what my daughter wanted and could afford. They ran her credit and then minutes later told me the car was not available. First of all if they knew the car was sold they should have never run her credit as you know this dings her every time. Then Miguel went to talk to the finance manager who then came in and shook my hand. From there Miguel said I think we have another Malibu let me call really quick. He calls and then says yes we I said is it the same price? He says no it's 17000 and I said well I don't want my daughter to finance that amount so we will just keep looking elsewhere. And we left. Almost immediately after leaving your lot we get a call from that manager guy and he began to tell me he had another Malibu but for 17000 and I kindly said no thank you it's too much for my daughter to finance as she is a college student and only wanted to finance a couple thousand to help build her credit. He then said well I have a 2015 malibu with less miles for sale and I said no unfortunately she is looking for a 2016 body style and the 2015 is the model she does not want he then began to say well she should get what she could afford and I said you have no clue what my daughter can afford he began to try an belittle me about money and finances and I said if he worked hard and saved 10,000 dollars for a car we he just settle for a car that is cheaper because it's cheaper and drive something he is unhappy with and he said well I would drive what I could afford and if it was cheaper then yea. I said listen To what your telling me and I said I know your trying to make sale but I refuse to let me daughter purchase something that she is unhappy with. He just continued to try and argue with me about what my daughter could afford. I drove to the Chevy Dealership and she got exactly what she wanted for the exact price she wanted. The service there is horrible and I would never recommend anyone go there. I’m a single mom trying to show my kids responsibility and this was the most horrible experience for my daughter’s first purchase. Please don’t go to them!!!

Perfect car purchase experience. Mario helped me out and made sure I was confident with my purchase. Poor customer service after I purchased my car, I was called to take my car back for an inspection, I called to speak to Jackie, the gentleman that answered would not transfer me to her. Once I was finally transferred to Jackie, she answered my question, was short with me, and hung up on me before I could ask another question. I’ve received better treatment (customer service) from McDonald’s..
