Great customer service with honest, speedy service.
I was sent to them through my home warranty company and was very happy with their service. They called me promptly, made an appointment, arrived on time and were professional, friendly and polite through the entire process. Turns out it was a minor repair with my heating system (capacitor replacement) but the repairman even showed me the part he replaced. Definitely recommend!
We were assigned Landon heating & cooling through our home warranty, and they came out once to assess the situation, took our money, stayed for 10 minutes, and left. They claimed they would come back after they ordered and picked up the parts they needed.Then they dropped off the grid - didn't answer the phone or call back for two months. I tried calling, the home warranty company tried calling, they sent emails, usually with no response. The only exceptions were a couple of times to promise the warranty company they'd come out on a certain day and time. They never showed, or even called. Finally, the company had to assign a different contractor. Would NOT recommend.

At the beginning of the summer, we seem to always have something happen to our AC! While our boys love our living room camp outs while we wait days for the AC repair, we do not enjoy the frustration. Our home warranty company sent Landon Heating and Cooling, and honestly, we felt like we hit the AC jackpot! Blake was not only kind, courteous, and conscientious, but also completed the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently. We will be requesting this company, when inevitably, we have another AC issue next summer. Now, if they only did plumbing...
