WOW! I was impressed and I am grateful for Lazier Heating & Cooling! This company came highly recommended and I can see why! It was a crazy hot day last week when our Air Conditioner went out. I was so surprised to be able to get someone so knowledgeable, who genuinely cares, and who was willing to come on such short notice! I could tell from the moment I opened the door and saw that he was putting on shoe covers before entering, that he took his profession very seriously! It felt like days gone by—with testing the parts to determine the problem, his ability to get parts so quickly, and I was especially amazed when after working out in that heat—he said to call if there were any challenges! I am happy to recommend this company! Thank You for fixing our cooler when it was 117 degrees out—for being prepared, professional—and all of this at such a reasonable price!!!
The company was great. They showed up very fast. And had me up and running within a couple hours. He went above and beyond the normal service making sure that everything was taken care of. Would highly recommend for other people all right
On 10/5/21 we hired Lazier Heating to fix our AC. He spent over 2 hours replacing 2 capacitors he said were out of spec, and cleared a drain line, which got it working again. The next day the AC unit stopped working again. I called him to come back out. He mumbled something about him being sick. When he did come out, he stated the pan had filled with water again, and that he cleared it. When he came out of the attic he said my evap coil was dirty and needed to be removed to clean it. He had a terrible attitude towards me and was disrespectful in my home. I asked him to leave. Later this same day the AC unit stopped for the 3rd time, so I called someone else. This new guy said my line was plugged from the attic to outside, and that Lazier never cleared it. The new guy also said my evap coil was clean as a whistle and showed me a photo of it. Lazier charged me over $600 and never fixed what was wrong.
Though Phil seems like a nice guy. Seems knowledgeable as well.He has rescheduled my scheduled maintenance no less than 12 times. Obviously not interested in customer service.
Wonderful guy! Knows what he is doing and came on short notice! 15/10 if I could! Very knowledgeable and easy to speak with!
