I love the style of these apartments. Very well done for only going through the model and the grounds. Pictures soon too come! Update. They don't always get to your work orders in a timely manner we can still see the outside under and around our door they avoid buying what is needed to fix it. Threshold Plate! Simple piece makes all the difference. Also they changed our apartment number on their own without asking how we feel. Kind of get what they choose for you type of attitudes and you better be thankful! Very incorrigible.
I initially was excited to move in. The process to get an apartment was pretty seamless and the staff was responsive. I’ve been here going on two months now and my experience has been pretty poor. They charge monthly fees for the amenities (as they should) but none of these are available. They use the fitness center to store appliances. The grills have not had propane in 5-6 weeks. I’ve emailed multiple times and called and no response and no actions taken. When I moved in my apt was not ready. Fridge did not work. Bathroom sink did not work. AC leaked water. That they did fix in a couple of days. They did repair everything once I sent in service requests. Which I should not have had to the day of moving in. I will say the two guys in maintenance are very friendly and try to get what they can get done in a timely manner. So thank you guys. Leasing agents are not exactly friendly after move in. They blow you off. The thing is if you’re going to charge $400-$500 more a month for the upgrades and amenities then you should have these available. It’s not the apartments that are bad it’s how they are managed. You have to treat tenants both old and new with the same respect you did when you had us signing leases and paying deposits. Of you want repeat customers and to attract new well take care of your people. The staff and the tenants.
I have been living here for about 4 years and it was good. Had a bit of a roach problem a few years ago but it was taken care of. But after the pandemic and the new management, it all went down hill. I tired to add my boyfriend to the lease. He even filled out the application and paid the fee but we were never contacted about it after handing in the paperwork. I remember being told they would call me when the background check was completed. My ex husband is still on the lease despite having turned in all the paper work for it, I turned it all in as the management changed. And because of covid, the hours of operation and office capacity and location , due to remodeling, was all so confusing. So I am still waiting for the office to do their job.
I moved in here April 24, 2021 from Juneau, AK to Arizona at the Monaco 31 Apartments when I got here they made me wait three hours in the parking lot as they were doing something inside the apartment. The dryer didn’t work and it’s infested with cockroaches the sink was loose and the showerhead fixture doesn’t work I’ve been asking over and over to replace it the gym is locked and not set up but they show a picture of a swimming pool and a gym working but these don’t work the pools are dirty my apartment has a bunch of areas on the walls that need repaired. The place is very ghetto And over priced
This apartment community and the managers are the most unprofessional people/place I have ever dealt with before in my life. I applied for an Apartment at the end of March 2021 and my application was denied and I’m still waiting for my $200 admin fee to be refunded. I disputed the transaction with my bank after a month of waiting only for them to LIE and provide fraudulent information to my banking institution that they returned the fee, when in fact they have not. I have attached emails, as you can see there are 12 in this feed alone but I have countless more. They do not return calls or emails. They are withholding my fee and have also fraudulently reported they returned it and have not. Crystal is a liar, as well as Josh and the rest of the staff in this community. I will be pursuing further action toward this community for stealing from me. It’s fine that you did not accept my application, because I have a community that is by far better and it’s a blessing in disguise that I do not live at such a shady place.
