Our entire experience at Sierra Foothills has been wonderful. From day one all the way to move out, Anna, Saige, and Erica of the management team have been complete sweethearts. They've always helped us when we had questions or concerns and were always incredibly kind and warm hearted. They are very professional and great to work with. You can tell they care about about the apartment complex because its maintenance crew, Anthony, Josh, and Tim are always keeping the place nice and constantly working on people's work orders not to mention very friendly and courteous. The complex is always landscaped and free of trash. We hope the places we rent in the future have as great a management and maintenance team. Seriously though, it's a phenomenal place to work with and rent from. And a huge shout out to the management team for supporting small business. They have food trucks visit the complex pretty often and it's a really nice treat!
My boyfriend and I just signed our lease for Sierra Foothills, and we have had an amazing experience thanks to Anna! She has been so helpful in making sure we know every detail and feel confident about moving in. She is always available for a phone call to answer any questions and guide us in the right direction in the application process. She made sure we locked in our rates at the right time and were getting the best apartment for us. We can't wait to move in next month! Thanks Anna, you're the best!
Anna at front desk was awesome! She was super knowledgeable and communicative. Helped us though the application process, making it one less thing for us to worry about. The apartment was beautiful inside, clean and upgraded. So far we are loving the experience here!
Anytime I need something handled with maintenance I hope Josh is the one to help. His knowledge is very vast and he knows how to fix and repair any job he has done for me. He is professional, positive attitude, and when he is done he breaks down exactly what he did to tackle the job -- which makes me feel at ease knowing the job was handled correctly. Thanks Josh
Been dealing with new move in process and Saige has made everything so easy , welcoming and by far my best move in experience I've ever had. she is very intelligent and has warming personality. cannot wait to be apart of the Sierra foothills family.
