I was happy with the initial response to my inquiry regarding a potential case (both on the live chat and the phone). The woman who called back was kind, asked more questions, pre-scheduled me for a free in-person consultation, then said she'd call in a couple of days to confirm it. After not receiving the promised call a few days later, I called back; same woman said she was about to call me, but that she'd call me the next day to arrange a phone consultation (not an in-person anymore). You guess right: the woman (first initial is "E") did not call me back the following day (or ever again for that matter). I suppose my case did not interest the Smith & Green law office after my first call. I can understand that, no problem. The woman could have just said that, and maybe apologize. Customer service 101, and simple honesty. Smith & Green: keep your promises. Call when you say you will. Do what you say you will. I’m pretty sure you are good attorneys, but your law’s office customer service just earns two stars.
