We came inside to order. You can't sit anywhere it's still all closed. & they only focus on the drive thur orders inside orders all have to wait longer. Not good. Don't go inside. Or just don't go to this one. They suggest to us to go across the street to the other coffee shop to sit & enjoy their drinks.
They are usually spot on with getting your drink right every time but in the unlikely event they make a mistake, they are quick to apologize and fix it without an argument. Thats actually the thing that stands out to me about Starbucks as a company. They are great about offering an apology and fixing whatever issue you may have. I really respect and appreciate that about them.
The coffee is always good the service is typically good and this location is typically too busy therefore a bit slow and the Starbucks corporation definitely likes to police things even when there’s no mask mandate anymore!
If I could give this zero stars I would. I went in today walking. I live about five miles away. When I arrived I order a simple drink, a ribbon caramel frapaccino, in which they messed up. I specified that I wanted it WITHOUT whipped cream and WITH almond milk. I couldn’t drink the drink there because of COVID and wearing masks. As soon as I arrived home and took a sip at last. I come to find out that it was regular milk and not almond milk and I paid extra to get it without milk. So disappointed and now I’m in pain after taking a sip. I will not becoming here ever again. I’ll stick to Dutch bros as they never get my order wrong.
