I called the emergency line on Saturday at 7:25PM because my AC had stopped working and the house was at 86 degrees. I spoke to Chase, and he was able to get my house on the list for the following day on Sunday at 4:00PM. The AC was fixed very quickly within 15 minutes and the house has began cooling down. Thank you for your speedy service in under 24 hours. It was very important to me to get the AC fixed as quick as possible as I have a puppy. I definitely recommend this company and will share with anyone else who needs repairs or AC help.

My families experience with Chase speaks volumes about his character. I called Chase for advice due to a major issue I had with a different A/C company. I wanted to receive sound advice from a trustworthy, competent, experienced, professional A/C installer and servicer. I did not know of Chase, nor his company, before the call. I read some of his reviews and hoped for the best. Chase, knowing I was out of the area, and that he could not service our A/C issues, due to the distance, still was so very kind and spent a very generous amount of time speaking with me on the phone. Chase was very polite and cheerfully and addressed our families A/C installation issues in a kind, compassionate and caring manner, patiently listening to my families "horror-install" story. Chase freely afforded to my family a great deal of quality, honest and sound advice. You don't meet very many business owner's in this day and age like Chase, sadly. I wish he were closer, as we would love for him to service our families' A/C needs. The least we can do is to write this well-deserved review; we are honored and blessed to do so. More like Valley's worst. My home warranty picked this company for my AC not cooling issue last month. 5 weeks, 2 start capacitors, 1 control board, 90° nights of restless sleep. I, my wife and 2 daughters were duped. Conversations with Chase were not optimistic, but felt like he was blaming me for a faulty ac. Are you kidding me. They just put bandaids on. I received authority to change service companies, my AC is working tonight after a new condenser fan motor was installed. It took 1 hour to do the job right. Could've saved weeks of misery. Beware! Don't hire these guys. They will lie to you about amp readings to not have to do their jobs. "Pretty obvious what the problem was" said our new hvac company.
