Finally caved and turned the heat on when outside temps dropped into the 30's overnight. Was not pleased to find that we had no heat coming out. Tom and his crew came out same day and fixed the problem and we were impressed by how much he knew about our system. Did not try to sell me a new unit like some companies might have done.
